  Background
Brunel Mortgages and Loans Ltd. based in Swindon, have over 25 years of experience as a mortgage packager. In this time they have arranged secured, commercial and residential finance for thousands of customers.
  Requirements
Brunel Mortgages wanted to provide their mortgage brokers with secure online access to view the status and progress of their client's mortgage applications.

They also wanted to have online access to administer the site easily and securely.

  Approach
We developed a bespoke online case tracking solution that integrates seemlessly with the existing Brunel Mortgage's website.

The online forms and pages have been developed to make the whole process as easy as possible to follow, from both a user and an administration perspective.

Each mortgage broker can login to view their own client's mortgage applications in both a summary view and a more detailed individual application view.

From a technology perspective we built the solution on the Microsoft .NET Framework using the ASP.NET platform, one of the most advanced web development platforms created to date. The solution incorporates a SQL Server database, as a data store, a high volume database that is used by many leading organisations to power business critical applications and websites.
